Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is grappling with a secret that could jeopardize her relationship with Finn (Tanner Novlan). The recent revelation of her one-night stand with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and her subsequent pregnancy are the foundations of the fake surrogacy scheme that she and Carter are embroiled in. However, the tension mounts as Finn, who has been left in the dark about the true nature of the situation, is headed to a medical conference where potential drama awaits him.

B&B spoilers reveal that Steffy, consumed by guilt, is battling internal turmoil over her decision to lie to Finn and everyone else for the rest of her life. Meanwhile, Finn, unaware of the truth, is dealing with the shock of Steffy's proposed surrogacy for Carter and Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire). He is uncomfortable with the idea of Steffy being an egg donor and tries to dissuade her, but his pleas fall on deaf ears.

Spoilers for Bold and the Beautiful see that the situation takes a twist when Steffy encourages Finn to enjoy himself at the conference, sparking speculation that Finn could unwittingly follow in Steffy's footsteps and have a one-night stand of his own. The possibility of a surprise pregnancy from this fling adds a layer of irony to the already complicated storyline.

More B&B spoilers suggest that while Finn's potential indiscretion could level the playing field between him and Steffy, it could also escalate the existing drama, especially if the woman from the one-night stand shows up in L.A. or if it turns out to be Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig), Steffy's mother who often attends medical conferences. The plot further thickens with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) getting closer, adding to Taylor's discontent.
