Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is on the brink of agreeing to Carter Walton's (Lawrence Saint-Victor) controversial surrogacy plan. The storyline will undoubtedly create waves, especially for Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), who may turn against her daughter-in-law Steffy and implore her son Finn (Tanner Novlan) to end their relationship.
