Days of our Lives spoilers reveal that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) grapples with a difficult decision to expose DiMera Enterprises' misdeeds to former stepdad and FBI agent, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). The fallout from the arsenic-laced Coriseal scandal, instigated by EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and George O'Halloran, has become unbearable for Johnny. The drug scandal had lethal consequences, leading to the death of Sarah Horton's (Linsey Godfrey) patient Destiny and almost claiming Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) too.

DOOL spoilers suggest that Johnny's disgust at EJ's attempts to destroy Sarah's reputation further fuels his resolve to expose the truth. His wife Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) overhears his intent, marking a significant turning point in their lives. Johnny's history with Rafe dates back to 2008 when Rafe married his mother Sammy Brady (Alison Sweeney) and became a pivotal figure in Johnny's life. Rafe's history with the witness protection program and his ongoing investigation into EJ with ISA agent Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) could play a crucial role in Johnny's decision.

Spoilers for Days of our Lives divulge that Johnny's confession could lead to his departure from Salem alongside Chanel, especially as actors Carson Boatman and Raven Bowens are confirmed to be exiting the show.

More DOOL spoilers indicate that the turmoil at DiMera, Chanel's cancer, and Johnny's growing disdain for his father EJ could all factor into their decision. Rafe might argue for Johnny's immunity and perhaps a relocation to Italy, an interesting parallel to how Sammy and Rafe's relationship began. The confession might also expose EJ's role in the cover-up and have lasting implications for his relationship with Johnny.
