Building community at the Richmond tool library

The work of keeping things from ending up at the garbage dump involves repair, which in a lot of cases involves tools. But buying tools can be expensive — and figuring out where to store them can be a hassle. That’s where the Richmond Tool Library comes in. And this year marks a decade of service to their community!
