Story Transcript:

Zh: 在杭州的一座古老图书馆,夏天的一个晚上,三位高中生聚集在一起。
En: In an ancient library in Hangzhou, on a summer night, three high school students gathered together.

Zh: 他们是敏、嘉和伟,他们计划一起完成一个重要的学校项目。
En: They were Min, Jia, and Wei, and they planned to complete an important school project together.

Zh: 这间图书馆以其昏暗的灯光、吱吱作响的地板和高大的书架而闻名,
En: This library is known for its dim lighting, creaky floors, and tall bookshelves.

Zh: 据说在鬼节期间,这里有幽灵出没。
En: It's said that during the Ghost Festival, ghosts haunt the place.

Zh: 敏是个刻苦的学生,但他很迷信,经常对图书馆的鬼故事感到不安。
En: Min is a diligent student, but he's superstitious and often feels uneasy about ghost stories related to the library.

En: “Min, what are you thinking about again?” Jia asked, looking up.

Zh: “没什么,只是……你不觉得这里有点点怪吗?”敏有些迟疑地说。
En: “It's nothing, it's just... don't you feel it's a bit strange here?” Min said hesitantly.

Zh: “这里是老图书馆,这种声音很正常。”嘉摇了摇头。
En: “This is an old library, such sounds are normal,” Jia shook her head.

Zh: 但伟微微笑着,似乎知道一些不可告人的秘密。
En: But Wei smiled slightly, as if he knew some unspeakable secret.

Zh: 随着时间的推移,敏越来越坐立不安。
En: As time went by, Min became more and more restless.

En: The midnight of the Ghost Festival was approaching, and the strange sounds became more frequent.

En: After this scene, Min realized that these legends might just be stories.

En: The three of them returned to their table, devoted themselves to the project for the rest of the time, and eventually completed it successfully.
