It: Nel cuore vibrante di Firenze, l'ospedale San Giovanni brulicava di attività.
En: In the vibrant heart of Firenze, the ospedale San Giovanni bustled with activity.

It: Luca, un infermiere dedito al suo lavoro, scorreva come un'ombra tra i corridoi.
