No: Høstsolen kastet et gyllent lys over Oslo Botaniske Hage.
En: The autumn sun cast a golden light over Oslo Botaniske Hage.

No: Det var en perfekt dag for en klassetur.
En: It was a perfect day for a class trip.

No: Elevgruppen fra ungdomsskolen vandret langs de svingete stiene, fasinert av de mange høstfargene.
En: The group of students from the middle school wandered along the winding paths, fascinated by the many autumn colors.

No: Bladene spraket i oransje, rødt og gult, og lufta bar med seg en svak duft av jord og fuktighet.
En: The leaves crackled in orange, red, and yellow, and the air carried a faint scent of earth and moisture.

No: Kari, den tålmodige biologilæreren, ledet troppen.
En: Kari, the patient biology teacher, led the troop.

No: Hun ønsket å vise elevene hvordan planter og dyr forberedte seg til vinteren.

En: At the end of the day, when they sat down on a bench to finish their notes, she felt not only that she had learned a lot about the plants but also about herself.
