Ca: Sobre el fons del cel blau de l'estiu, les formes antigues de l’aqüeducte romà es perfilaven amb majestuositat.
En: Against the backdrop of the blue summer sky, the ancient forms of the Roman aqueduct stood in majestic silhouette.
Ca: La llum del sol jugava amb les ombres dels seus arcs de pedra, que ballaven sobre el terra polsegós mentre una brisa suau acariciava el paisatge.
En: The sunlight played with the shadows of its stone arches, which danced over the dusty ground as a gentle breeze caressed the landscape.
Ca: Oriol, amb els ulls brillants d’aventura, caminava al costat de Laia i Marcel.
En: Oriol, with eyes bright with adventure, walked alongside Laia and Marcel.
Ca: El guia turístic estava a punt d'explicar-los un altre fragment de la història antiga, però Oriol ja tenia altres plans.

Ca: "Exactament això. He llegit que a vegades només cal creure una mica!", va respondre ell, fent un pas cap als grans arcs del aqüeducte.
En: "Exactly that. I've read that sometimes you just need to believe a little!" he replied, stepping toward the large arches of the aqueduct.
Ca: Laia i Marcel es van mirar, més divertits que alarmats.
En: Laia and Marcel glanced at each other, more amused than alarmed.
Ca: A poc a poc, s'apropaven a l’aqüeducte, entre els murmuris d'altres turistes que ja observaven la peculiar escena.
En: Slowly, they approached the aqueduct amid the murmurs of other tourists already watching the peculiar scene.
Ca: Amb un gest dramàtic, Oriol va començar a córrer cap a l'arc central de l’aqüeducte.
En: With a dramatic gesture, Oriol began running toward the central arch of the aqueduct.
Ca: Els batecs alegres dels altres turistes es van aturar, i les càmeres s'alçaren per immortalitzar aquell moment tan insòlit.
En: The cheerful chatter of the other tourists stopped, and cameras rose to capture that unusual moment.
Ca: Quan finalment Oriol va travessar l'arc, va acabar exactament a l'altre costat, els seus amics queien de riure.
En: When Oriol finally crossed through the arch, he ended up exactly on the other side, his friends bursting out laughing.

En: "You haven't gone back to Roman times, but you've made history today!" exclaimed Marcel, wiping away tears of laughter.
Ca: Laia va afegir: "Potser no hem viatjat al passat, però sí que has aconseguit animar aquest matí."
En: Laia added: "Maybe we haven't traveled to the past, but you sure have brightened up this morning."
Ca: El guia turístic, que també havia rigut, es va apropar al grup.
En: The tour guide, who had also laughed, approached the group.
Ca: "Sabeu, podria incloure aquesta història a les meves pròximes visites! Potser algun dia, algú ho provarà de nou."
En: "You know, I could include this story in my future tours! Perhaps someday, someone else will try it again."
Ca: Oriol, amb un somriure gran, va admetre que la seva teoria potser havia fallat, però va afegir amb decisió: "Suposo que hora d’aprendre més sobre arqueologia. Mai se sap on et portaran els somnis."
