Inside the Album: The Dead Daisies - Lookin’ For Trouble (feat. Doug Aldrich of The Dead Daisies)

This week, I’m joined by Doug Aldrich of The Dead Daisies to break down the band’s first-ever blues album, Lookin’ For Trouble. This powerhouse release reimagines timeless classics by legends like Robert Johnson, John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, and more, giving these iconic tracks a fresh, modern rock edge.

Doug and I also take a deep dive into his incredible career, highlighting favorite tracks and standout memories from his time with Whitesnake, Dio, House of Lords, and Lion. (Yes, we even reminisce about Lion’s unforgettable performance of the Transformers: The Movie theme song!)

Whether you’re a Dead Daisies fan, a blues-rock lover, or a long-time Doug Aldrich follower, this episode is packed with stories, riffs, and deep musical insight.
