#1343- AI is NOT Gonna Ruin Online Fitness Coaching — Change Lives Make Money: For Business Owners Who Want to Grow and Sell on Social Media

This isn't another "AI is coming for your job" fear-mongering video.

This is what's ACTUALLY happening with AI, social media, and the fitness industry... and why most coaches are completely missing the point.

Brian and Cole break down the real threat (spoiler: it's not AI), why hard work still matters more than ever, and how fear-mongering is being weaponized to sell you courses you don't need.

Here's what we break down:

Why the "AI will ruin social media" narrative is bullshit. There are 2 billion people on Instagram. Most have no idea who Alex Hormozi is and aren't worried about AI taking over their cooking videos. The fitness industry will generate $70 billion in the next few years. It's not dying.
The real problem with AI content right now. Coaches using ChatGPT to write their captions sound like robots. One creator even used AI to write about losing a family member. When you stop being authentic, you've already lost.
Why hard work beats "smart work" every single time. The construction worker argument, the lever analogy, and why arrogance (not laziness or stupidity) is what's actually keeping you broke.
How fear-mongering is being used to sell you programs. Watch how influencers create urgency around AI, paid ads, or "the fitness industry dying" to get you to buy their coaching. It's a playbook, and you're falling for it.
The only people who will lose to AI. It's not AI that'll take your job. It's someone who knows how to use AI 100x better than you while also working harder than you.

"AI is a tool. Someone who knows how to use AI 100 times better than you is gonna take your job. Not the tool itself." - Cole (14:29)

"Hard work by itself might not make you rich, but hard work as a principle needs to be the thing you embody with anything you do." - Brian (19:16)

"Everything you do is a testament to someone who won. Either become the winner or shut the fuck up and buy their shit." - Cole (25:35)
