Consistency Is the Art of Returning To Yourself Daily

In this episode we’ll talk about:

1. Consistency isn’t doing the same thing every day... it’s continuing to return to what matters.
2. You don’t need to feel motivated to stay devoted.
3. Missing a day won’t ruin your momentum. Letting one day convince you to quit will.
4. The boring reps are usually where the real work is happening.
5. Give something enough time before deciding it isn’t working.
6. Your rhythm doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be effective.
7. Consistency gets easier when the work actually belongs to you.
8. Stop restarting every time you discover a new way to do what’s already working.
9. Some seasons are for acceleration. Others are simply about staying in motion.
10. What you return to repeatedly eventually becomes part of who you are.
11. And more…
