Lewis Howes says you will never become the thing you speak badly about. Your nervous system won't let you turn into the person you just insulted.
Lewis admits he used to get jealous and insecure when someone got ahead of him. Swirling in comparison and not enough-ness. That energy went nowhere.
The shift: someone ahead of you shows up and the first thing out of you is a question. How did they do that? Who did they have to become?
Then go further and clap. Congratulate them out loud. You're celebrating the thing you want to achieve later.
He saw a stranger online do a big launch. Doesn't follow them, never met them. Sent a DM saying he was happy for their success, keep going. They wrote back thrilled.
Money goes where it's respected. You can't respect something while trashing everyone who has it.
If a stranger's win still stings, that's the season you haven't left yet.
