CFB Expert Makes BOLD Prediction for Penn State & Koby Howard + PSU Looking to Flip Massive DT!

Koby Howard exploded for 161 receiving yards against Marshall, but his biggest impact on Penn State's offense could come after defenses start adjusting to him.

College football and recruiting analyst Brian Smith joins Locked On Nittany Lions to break down Howard's development, why his breakout raises serious questions about how Penn State's previous coaching staff handled the wide receiver room, and what he still needs to prove against elite Big Ten competition.

Plus, Zach and Brian discuss Bryce Underwood and Michigan's troubling start, McCoy Richardson's potential fit in Penn State's defensive front, and the emerging Penn State-Ohio State recruiting battle for fast-rising 2027 running back Jordan Hall.

What does Koby Howard need to show you before you're ready to call him a true WR1?
