CFB Expert Debates How Good Penn State Will be WITHOUT Koby Howard

Koby Howard will miss an extended period of time for Penn State, and replacing his production may only be part of the problem.

Locked On recruiting analyst Brian Smith joins Zach Seyko to break down what Howard's absence changes for Rocco Becht and the Nittany Lions offense, why Chase Sowell, Zay Robinson, Benjamin Brahmer and others become even more important, and how Wisconsin could try to turn Saturday's Big Ten opener into a rock fight.

They also discuss Colton Joseph, Tyrell Henry, Penn State's pass rush and the players who need to emerge before USC and Michigan.

Plus, Penn State hosts a massive recruiting weekend featuring major regional targets, including Jordan Hall and George Parkinson.

How concerned are you about Penn State's offense without Koby Howard?
