Matt Campbell Just Admitted Penn State’s BIGGEST Issue!

Matt Campbell says Penn State has an identity problem five games into the 2026 season — but is that really the biggest reason the Nittany Lions are struggling?

Zach Seyko is joined by Patrick Koerbler (https://x.com/Poerbler) of Black Shoe Diaries to debate whether Penn State's problems come from talent, coaching, roster construction or the challenge of blending Campbell's Iowa State system with holdovers from the James Franklin era.

They also discuss Rocco Becht's struggles, when Alex Manske should become a serious option at quarterback, and what Penn State should prioritize if the season continues slipping away.

Plus, D'Anton Lynn's defense has major questions to answer after Northwestern, and USC may be an even tougher schematic matchup.

What do you think Penn State's biggest problem is right now?
