Did Penn State Get This WRONG...?

Did Penn State make the wrong decision hiring Matt Campbell? With Bob Chesney off to an undefeated start at UCLA and Will Stein making an immediate impact at Kentucky, questions are growing about Penn State football's coaching search and disappointing 3-3 start.

Zach Seyko welcomes Brian Smith of The Portal Podcast to discuss whether Penn State's problems are rooted in a lack of talent, questionable coaching decisions, or both.

They break down Matt Campbell's game management against USC, Marcus Neal's reduced role, the struggles along Penn State's offensive line, Rocco Becht, and what needs to change before the Michigan matchup.

Plus, more than 130 recruits were reportedly on campus for the White Out. Did Penn State's loss to USC hurt its recruiting momentum, or can Campbell turn the program's roster needs into an advantage?
