WARNING: Dave Aranda Facing MAJOR DJ Lagway Injury "PROBLEM" After Blowout Win, Hidden QB CRISIS?

Baylor Bears face a quarterback dilemma as DJ Lagway’s health becomes critical to the team’s Big 12 ambitions. Cam Stuart breaks down Baylor’s dominant 44-3 win over Prairie View A&M, spotlighting the alarming drop-off behind Lagway after Nate Bennett’s shaky takeover. With back-to-back turnovers and a questionable performance against FCS competition, is Baylor too vulnerable at QB to survive the conference gauntlet?

Analysis shifts to the Bears’ stout defensive front, where injuries to Devontae Tezino test their depth but don’t dim their potential as a top-five Big 12 defense. Key matchups against Colorado and Arizona State loom as Kansas State, Oklahoma State, and West Virginia assert themselves as dark horses in a “mushy middle” conference race. The episode explores which teams have the momentum to break out, and whether Baylor’s strengths—and glaring weaknesses—set the stage for a surprising run or a quick fade.
