Security is no longer optional, and in 2026, OEMs are making that clear.
Former Counter-Intelligence Agent Justin Shaken, Chief Security Officer of the Security Division at Intelligent Technical Solutions / Black Breach, joins Russell and Charity to break down major changes happening in automotive cybersecurity and what they mean for dealers, dealer groups, and vendors.
One of the biggest developments this year? Mercedes-Benz has established a new security certification and audit mandate for its dealers. Justin explains what compliance looks like, how this impacts dealer operations, and whether this move sets a precedent for other OEMs and vendors moving forward.
