Why Conrad Black is breaking with Trump over the Canada-U.S. trade war

Historian, author, and former media baron Lord Conrad Black discusses the escalating Canada-U.S. trade dispute, questioning whether (his friend) President Trump or Prime Minister Carney is accurately representing the failed negotiations. He examines Trump's eccentric personality and leadership style and the private discussions he’s had with him about his fight with the northern nation. Black also traces Canada's gradual evolution from "semi-colonial dominion" to one of the dozen or so most important countries in the world and explains how we can complete our transformation to become fully independent and more important on the world stage.
