Curt Cignetti Just Delivered HUGE News for Indiana Football!

Curt Cignetti delivered surprisingly positive injury updates for Indiana Football ahead of the Hoosiers' road trip to Rutgers.

After Turbo Richard and Rolijah Hardy both left Indiana's 29-23 win over Northwestern, Cignetti says Richard is day-to-day and could potentially play this weekend, while Hardy should be good to go against Rutgers.

Jacob Goins reacts to the massive injury news, what Richard's potential return means for Lee Beebe Jr. and Indiana's running back rotation, and why getting Hardy back is so important for a thin linebacker room.

Plus, Cignetti wasn't completely satisfied with Indiana's performance against Northwestern. The Hoosiers were inconsistent, missed opportunities and still have significant improvements to make as Big Ten play ramps up.

Stephen Daley earned praise after his return to the defense, Indiana prepares for its first road game of the season, and Cignetti says he's encouraged by the way wide receiver Nick Marsh is trending.
