Film Study Shows Indiana's GLARING Problem That the Hoosiers Need to Fix Right Now

Indiana Football dominated Rutgers and improved to 5-0, but after going back and watching the film, there is one area Jacob Goins is increasingly concerned about.

Is Indiana's secondary becoming a real problem?

The Hoosiers continue to give up explosive plays through the air, and with AJ Harris still unavailable, Indiana has yet to find a consistent answer opposite Jamari Sharpe at cornerback.

Jacob breaks down what he saw from Jalen Bell, why the issues go deeper than simply losing one-on-one matchups and what Indiana could potentially change in the defensive backfield.

And the timing matters.

Nebraska is next. Ohio State and Jeremiah Smith are coming soon. USC and Washington remain on the schedule. Can Indiana fix its secondary before facing some of the best passing attacks and wide receivers on its schedule?

Then, we turn to the good news.

Indiana's offense finally exploded against Rutgers with 593 yards of total offense. Josh Hoover delivered his best performance of the season, Turbo Richard and Lee Beebe Jr. both went over 100 rushing yards, while Charlie Becker and Nick Marsh each topped 100 receiving yards.

Was this the breakthrough Indiana's offense needed before the schedule gets serious?

The Hoosiers are 5-0. The offense is rolling. But one defensive weakness needs to be fixed quickly.
