Years before anyone counted the women missing from 417 W. Chew Avenue, Raymond Horsch was trading drugs and cash for access to the Kensington crematorium at the center of Philadelphia's body-parts scandal, where he photographed and filmed the dead and later hung the pictures in a gallery.
