1001 | The 6-Year Inner Healing Journey I've Never Talked About (with Miranda Wendler)

For six years, I've been walking through an inner healing journey I've genuinely never talked about publicly before. Today, my coach Miranda Wendler joins me to finally open that door. We're talking about releasing trauma, learning to trust God in the healing process, and what it actually looks like to walk through the painful middle before you ever see the miracle on the other side.

I used to think needing this kind of healing meant I was weak. And how breaking down walls I built for protection ended up being the very thing that set me free.

And I believe God is going to use this conversation to give someone listening permission to finally start their own healing journey, instead of staying guarded another year. God is so faithful to meet us in the parts we've hidden the longest.
