Teachers, we know your time is precious—so why do so many things in education seem designed to waste it? In this episode, we're diving into the everyday tasks that make us question our sanity. From writing objectives on the board that no one reads, to responding to parent emails asking for information they already have, to the never-ending battle with jammed copy machines—we're saying what every teacher is thinking.

Join hosts Jess Smith , Leslie Rob and Jared Lamb as they vent, laugh, and keep it real about the time-sucking struggles of education. We tackle the absurdity of mandatory newsletters that parents ignore, school-wide announcements that no one understands, and the dreaded moment when you're asked to cover a class during your precious prep. And don't even get us started on tracking student bathroom visits!

Plus, we chatted about how teachers can reclaim some of their lost time, and Jared shared how he eliminated intercom announcements at his school (is he a genius or a rebel?). And of course, no Teachers Off Duty episode would be complete without some hilarious confessions—like which of us may or may not have walked away from a jammed copier without fixing it. (No judgment… okay, maybe a little.)

Tune in, laugh with us, and remember: you're not alone in the struggle!
