-Did go for a run today, 5km in 40 minutes. Slow as ever, no weights today. Might do them tomorrow. Feels more mental than anything else. What about next week in Canada? (Wasn’t going to bring workout clothes with me but… Canada and the US have more of a second hand clothing culture than Asia. Soooo, what if I just got a bunch of old shirts and shorts, used them once or twice, and then out they go?)

Email list a creating — this time for IELTS. 31 Days to Better IELTS is a newsletter-style course I’m developing under the SLV branding. I am still looking to host in-person workshops this summer, but I honestly have no idea what to do.
