Boo, a Rescue Pitbull Hero: Behind the Scenes of The Trouble With Billy
Boo is a rescue Pitbull. Billy is an out-of-work actor. Together, they’re about to change each other’s lives.
When Billy finds himself homeless and living in his car with Boo, he must figure out how to get back on his feet—and back into Hollywood. The challenges of starting over can be daunting, but through it all, Boo remains Billy’s constant companion, source of inspiration, and reason to keep going.
The Trouble With Billy is a comedic television series about the extraordinary bond we share with our dogs and the hope, comfort, and unconditional love they bring into our lives. In this episode, I chat with William McNamara about the real-life inspiration behind The Trouble With Billy, the dogs who helped rescue him when he needed it most, and the many animals he has rescued along the way.
The Trouble With Billy is rated R.
