Washington Has TONS Of Confidence Heading Into Fall Camp

The Washington Huskies are surging with confidence ahead of fall camp of the 2026 college football season, eyeing a Big Ten breakthrough. Can Jedd Fisch’s talented roster and improved depth on the defensive line finally push Washington past its past hurdles and into elite contention?

Locked On Huskies hosts Roman Tomashoff and Lars Hanson spotlight key takeaways from the Huskies, including standout insights on Champ Taulealea's starting role at right guard and the impact of USA TODAY preseason coaches poll ranking the Huskies at No. 19. They dissect Demond Williams Jr’s leadership, Christian Moss’s breakout potential at receiver, and how Washington’s roster depth, especially along the defensive line, could be a game-changer against Big Ten heavyweights like USC, Oregon, Indiana, and Iowa. From special teams’ unsung heroes to the strategic shuffling across the offensive line, every angle of the Huskies’ 2026 ambitions comes under the microscope with camp looming.
