“Ice, Ice, and More Ice!”

Here at picturesoutthere.com, we offer models and tools to help us “break the ice” for creating our Pictures of the future!

We actually call one of those the ICE model. This simple tool allows us to assess how we think and feel about ourselves Individually, how our closest Community thinks and feels about us, and what the External world thinks and feels about us.

We can then decide how we can improve the dynamic among those three elements for ourselves…Individual, Community and External…and then go ICE it up through our actions and plan!

So, let’s explore!
