🔍 Why Your Lash Videos Don’t Grow (And How the Algorithm Actually Works) - 84 — Full Time Lash Artist Podcast with Cosmina Esanu

Most lash artists think the algorithm is against them.

The truth? The algorithm just doesn’t understand your account yet.

In this episode of Full Time Lash Artist, we break down how Instagram and TikTok actually categorize content, why the first 3 seconds of your video decide everything, and how small accounts can start getting views even with less than 100 followers.

We also talk about:

Why the first 3 seconds determine if your video spreads
How the algorithm decides what category your content belongs in
Why copying what already works is smarter than reinventing everything
The difference between thumbnails, titles, and hooks
Why perfect videos often perform worse than simple ones
How to analyze high-performing videos in your niche
The mistake creators make when they try to “improve” something that already works
When it actually makes sense to spend money on ads
Why ads only amplify what already works
Why you should never compare your beginning to someone else’s level 10

If you’re posting consistently but your content isn’t growing, this episode explains what the algorithm is actually looking for—and how to work with it instead of guessing.
