'Furious' S1E7 “Some Days It Don’t Come Easy” + Sopranos Rewatch, 'Adults' S2

In this penultimate Furious recap, we break down Episode 7 (“Some Days It Don’t Come Easy”) as the season’s biggest table-setting hour, with major revelations and escalating stakes heading into the finale. We also catch up on what we’ve been watching and why this episode feels like a strong setup rather than a frantic lead-in. We talk about Victor’s Sopranos rewatch and how older prestige TV allowed viewers to miss episodes, unlike dense modern shows like Furious, plus Sona’s binge of Adults (and its upcoming Season 2 soft reboot), and Victor’s recommendation of Apple TV+’s Trying. In Furious, we discuss Marshall surviving, Nora berating Alice, Marshall’s mother revealing Alice’s traumatic past and “lost” child, Danny’s refusal to release incriminating files, Choi’s growing suspicion of Ed, Alice’s escalating rule-breaking, karaoke stakeout comedy, Catherine’s surprise reappearance, DNA revealing a likely half-sibling link to Caleb Easton, Emma’s complicity, and the final confrontation energy building at Jay Easton’s mansion.
