In this episode, we revisit one of the strangest conspiracy theories we’ve ever covered: Project Looking Glass. What if the government had technology capable of looking into the future?
Project Looking Glass is one of the strangest stories to come out of the world of secret government programs, Area 51 lore, alleged extraterrestrial technology, and black-budget projects. According to the claims surrounding Looking Glass, a highly classified device may have been capable of viewing possible future events and alternate timelines.
Chad and Sheri dive into where the Project Looking Glass story came from, the alleged connection to Area 51 and S-4, claims involving advanced or non-human technology, and the idea that those operating the device eventually discovered something they could not change.
We also get into the infamous timeline convergence story, the connection to 2012, and the people whose testimony helped turn Project Looking Glass into one of the biggest secret-technology conspiracies on the internet.
Was Looking Glass an actual classified program? Was it a misunderstanding of other real government experiments? Or is the entire story an elaborate legend built around genuine government secrecy?
We’re going back down the Project Looking Glass rabbit hole.
