Los Angeles Chargers’ front office faces scrutiny as roster arrogance fuels an 0-3 start. Key questions arise: Is Jim Harbaugh’s job safe while General Manager Joe Hortiz draws comparisons to Tom Telesco’s controversial tenure? Daniel Wade and David Droegemeier break down how missed opportunities in fortifying the offensive line and an overconfident approach at positions like cornerback may be undermining Justin Herbert’s potential.
The conversation spotlights persistent issues with the Chargers’ guard play—highlighting moves for players like Cole Strange—and explores the ripple effects on both offense and defense. Plus, the crew debates whether it’s time to worry about kicker Cameron Dicker after a slump, and speculate on possible front office shake-ups if this losing trend continues. Are deeper changes looming for the Chargers, or can this roster rebound before the season slips away?
