CHARGERS SQUAD: Chargers getting ready for the final preseason game. We will see any starters?

Los Angeles Chargers face critical decisions ahead of their final preseason clash with the Los Angeles Rams. The quarterback battle between DJ Uiagalelei and Trey Lance intensifies as both compete to secure the backup spot behind Justin Herbert. With the "left guard situation" raising eyebrows and the center position shifting due to Tyler Biadasz's ACL injury, can Jake Slaughter handle the pressure as a rookie starter?

The Chargers’ wide receiver and linebacker rooms appear set, but surprises could still unfold with bubble players like Keandre Lambert-Smith and Marlo Wax fighting for roster spots. Coaches weigh the impact of paying top talent like Tooley while maintaining depth across edge rusher, cornerback, and tight end positions. The discussion explores health updates for key players, the importance of preseason snaps for bubble contenders, and whether Jim Harbaugh will risk playing starters in what could be a physically intense finale.
