Boston College’s Mason McKenzie, Syair Torrence and Jaedn Skeete IMPRESS in First Practice

Boston College Football launches a new era as Bill O'Brien's squad hits the field for their first practice, raising hopes for a dramatic turnaround after last season’s struggles. Mason McKenzie impresses early at quarterback, while Jaedn Skeete flashes his dynamic playmaking ability—can health and fresh faces rebuild the Eagles’ offense following a mass exodus? Key positional battles emerge, and Femi Babalola’s development adds intrigue to the quarterback depth chart.

On defense, Syair Torrence’s return brings much-needed energy, and new schemes promise to increase turnovers and aggressive play. AJ Black spotlights how O'Brien’s revamped practice approach aims to avoid last year's injury woes, discusses tight end depth concerns, and breaks down special teams uncertainty. Will these changes be enough to revive Boston College against Cincinnati and beyond?
