Utah Mammoth fans watch as Logan Cooley’s $10 million contract comes under the microscope—should his slow start worry the team? Tom Callahan breaks down Cooley's puzzling stats: just one shot in three games, zero penalties drawn, but an eye-opening seven hits as he potentially evolves his physical presence. Is Cooley focusing too much on playmaking for Dylan Guenther and Anders Lee, or is he adding new layers to his game at the expense of offensive output?

Faceoff dominance, a red-hot power play, and defensive concerns for the New Jersey Devils set the stage for Utah's pivotal Eastern road swing. Key players like Nick Schmaltz and Clayton Keller get the spotlight, while Tom Callahan urges fans not to overlook their only chance this season to see Alexander Ovechkin’s farewell tour. Can Utah capitalize on the Devils’ weaknesses—and how will Cooley’s new style shape the Mammoth’s season trajectory?
