In Today's Episode
This week, we have been confronting the cost of the waiting man and why sitting around waiting for orders is surrender in slow motion. On Tuesday, we put waiting versus acting side-by-side. Today, on this Thursday show, I want to talk about what true initiative actually looks like in the real world—and why saying "that's not my job" is the most irritating, non-manly thing a man can say.
Look at the men in my own inner circle—my CFO Jeremy and my right-hand man Sterling. Jeremy worked four years for free editing podcasts and managing financials because it was what needed to be done, moving first before anyone compensated him, and that's why he is becoming a multi-millionaire today. Sterling serves as our family's fixer, private security, and trainer, acting on instinct to protect our ecosystem without ever waiting to be told. When you move first without complaining or waiting for permission, you build real wealth, earn absolute trust, and attract other high-caliber men into your life.
Here are the non-negotiable rules of initiative you need to live by today:
Kill "that's not my job": The moment you say those words, you prove you are a passive spectator; real men step up and handle whatever needs fixing.
Move before you're compensated: Winners deliver massive value long before the paycheck or recognition arrives, proving their worth through action.
Be the instinctual fixer: Train yourself to see gaps in your household, workplace, and ecosystem, and close them immediately without waiting for an assignment.
Attract high-caliber men: If you are sloppy and passive, you attract sloppy men. When you operate with relentless initiative, you attract unstoppable leaders.
Tomorrow, we are wrapping up the entire week by breaking down the exact blueprint of the Initiative Code so you can stop procrastinating, put boots on the ground, and win the week spiritually, physically, and financially.
