240 | Jesus Never Burned Out—Here’s Why "Me Time" Isn't Enough, but This Is! w/Becky Thompson

Feeling burned out no matter how much "self-care" you try? You’re not alone. The world teaches that rest comes from pampering, alone time, or getting away—but Jesus showed us a different way (though alone time and me-time definitely have their place... here's where the difference lies:).

In this episode, I sit down with Becky Thompson, author of Healing Rest and Midnight Mom Devotional, to unpack what true rest in God’s presence looks like.

We’ll cover:
✔️ Why Jesus never burned out (and what we can learn from His lifestyle)
✔️ The reason traditional self-care doesn’t actually restore us in the way we deeply need.
✔️ A simple mindset shift that will help you feel lighter today
✔️ A 3-minute daily practice to reset your spirit and find peace—even in chaos

💡 Whether you're a busy mom, a working woman, or just someone craving peace, this episode is for you.
