272| The Part of Worship Most Christians Miss (That Changes EVERYTHING) with Matt Coss

If worship still feels like the “warm-up” before the sermon, you’re missing its most powerful purpose.

What if worship is actually the fastest way to tune your ears to hear God clearly…
…and most believers have never been taught how it really works?

Today, worship leader and Bible teacher Matt Coss breaks open a revelation that will shift the way you approach God’s presence — in church, in your car, and in your everyday walk with Him.

🎧 Inside this episode:

• The worship misconception that keeps people spiritually dull

• Why revelation—not emotion—creates real worship

• 3 ways worship sharpens your ability to hear God (and the one almost everyone skips)

• A simple secret to restoring awe, wonder, and spiritual sensitivity

• How prophetic worship actually works (for those new to it!)

• What to do if you feel stuck, stale, or routine in worship

• How to worship deeply even if you come from a non-charismatic background

• Why remembering God’s works is the quickest path to presence

Matt also shares his own journey from a Baptist upbringing (we love our baptist roots!) into Spirit-led worship — and how revelation transformed his entire relationship with God.

✨ Key Takeaways

• You can’t worship a God you’re not beholding — revelation comes first.

• Worship is one of the fastest on-ramps to hearing God’s voice.

• Prophetic worship is simply responding to what God reveals.

• Wonder is the oxygen of worship; routine is the enemy of awe.
