The Planter's Wife stars Jack Hawkins as a rubber plantation owner who is under attack by Communist bandits during the Malayan Emergency. The film is a rare depiction of a post-colonial Cold War British conflict. This film was chosen by our Patreon Supporters in April's Patreon Pick! We talk Stens, Brens and about a Mongoose!
