Chris is joined by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as he too has filed suit against the mega-gamer for not protecting children, not disclosing crimes, and is asking for statutory damages for their security actions, or lack thereof. Multiple cases have come to light in Paxton’s state of Texas that struck a chord with him and his office, which he discusses with Hansen as the instigation of the lawsuit. The two also deliberate on what it will take to make kids safe on Roblox, who is culpable in the crimes against children both on the gaming platform and on chat sites like Discord, and how you can keep your kids safe on-line.
