US 160 Repairs Underway After Major Storm Damage

The Arizona Department of Transportation has begun critical repair work on US 160 near Dennehotso after the roadway sustained significant damage from storms on Sept. 16. Following inspections, work began this week, under a contract allowing for urgently needed repairs, with the goal of restoring two lanes of travel on US 160 by early October. This schedule could be affected by weather, but ADOT’s goal is to reopen the highway as soon as possible.
