Fairy Tales Day Nursery looked like the kind of place parents were supposed to trust.
It had positive ratings, an award, and staff who were supposed to know how to care for very young children.
Then 14-month-old Noah Sibanda was put down for a nap.
Hours later, his parents were at the hospital being told their little boy was gone.
