Nine Years After Allen Franco Was Murdered, His Cold Case was Solved by Anonymous Tip | Jessie Clifford Brown

Allen Franco’s passenger could describe the blue pickup truck, the three men who approached them, and the gunshot that sent Allen’s truck rolling into a ravine, but she couldn’t identify who had pulled the trigger.

What emerged was a story about a phone, nude photographs, and a group that went searching for Allen that night to settle a personal grievance. But it would still take nearly a decade before his family finally saw someone convicted.
