Jeremy Kyle reacts as Andy Burnham has unveiled a plan for a “No 10 North” in Manchester, promising a devolved, rewired Britain centred on housing, transport and regional power. Critics questioned the cost, detail and fairness, as reports said Burnham may govern partly from Wigan rather than Downing Street.  Meanwhile, Starmer’s final defence plan promised drones and new kit, but opponents said spending still lags behind Nato allies.
