Why the expectations MUST shift for Nebraska football in 2026 after a 5-0 start

What about the first five games of this Nebraska football season make you feel differently than a month ago about the Huskers? Are you still OK with the number of wins you set as an expectation before the season? Turns out, this isn’t a difficult question to answer, as our hosts see it. Connor and Mitch lay out the case for Nebraska to reach eight or nine wins in the regular season. And if the Huskers don’t, it’s going to feel like a disappointment.

What’s Curt Cignetti talking about at the start of this Indiana-Nebraska week? What about Matt Rhule? And why was Rhule on the HBO series “Lanterns” on Sunday night? The Big Ten chided the officials from the Maryland-Nebraska game. Join us as we move a step closer to a big Saturday at Memorial Stadium.
