LONDON LOSERS: Jayhawks FALL 24-17 to Arizona State | POSTGAME REACTION to Kansas Loss to Sun Devils

Kansas Jayhawks suffer another heartbreaking one-score loss, falling 24-17 to Arizona State in London. Can Lance Leipold break the cycle of narrow defeats, or are late-game collapses the new normal for KU football? Quarterback Isaiah Marshall’s uneven performance, a costly Dylan Edwards fumble, and game management missteps raise urgent questions about the Jayhawks’ offensive identity and coaching decisions.

Derek Johnson recaps Kansas’ strong defensive stand, highlighting stars like Leroy Harris and Eamon Smalls, but asks: will this dominant D be wasted without offensive adjustments? The show spotlights Tate Nagy’s special teams heroics, mounting injury concerns, and key tactical errors—including conservative play-calling and questionable fourth-down decisions. With a bye week and Middle Tennessee State up next, can the Jayhawks regroup before daunting road tests against Utah and Kansas State?
